BTW the only real winners in this class action will be the lawyers and the lead plaintiffs.

In the class actions I've been part of, I got some pocket change ($5-25) while the primary plaintiffs pulled down many $grand. Of course the lawyers could buy a new building.
Alright I understand now, but at the same time I am sure that has to reflect negatively.
Every large corporation in America has lawsuits they're fighting at all times - a long list of them. Just ignore that kind of stuff. It doesn't mean anything. Lawyers are always looking for opportunities to make a pile of money. That's all it is. They'll just keep trying and trying in hopes that the company will pay them off to shut up and go away.

The pay system Swift uses is common through the industry. It's not new, but some lawyers want to that a run at it to enhance their revenue stream.

Like every large target, Swift takes the most hits. I am not in a big hurry to cash in my stock...or drive for someone else. Just noise.
