Wow, no prospective drivers want to give it a shot? Shame on you, passing up a good opportunity like this!
I don't have time right now so I'll post what I did later today.
Call in Road Service for a breakdown and get it repowered?
Hey Paul...your wish was just granted... Tractor...you missed your calling.
I'm starting to wonder if Tractor Man is a full time internet comedian and if he even drives!
Now, a word from our sponsor:
I post these Backing Practice™ situations so new drivers can get a taste of real world trailer backing. You can certainly do a search on Backing Practice™ and go through all 18 to see some interesting places you just might find yourself driving to.

Sorry, forgot to post my solution. My solution was likely not the best, but that's why I wanted some ideas.
I came in from the south on Mason St and pulled Alley #1 facing north. I dropped my loaded there. Then I hooked to the empty in the middle door, pulled all the way into the street to get straight and backed it into Alley #2. Reconnected to the loaded trailer, blindsided it into Alley #2 in front of the empty I just dropped (the corner is too tight to back it directly into the dock from Alley #1), pulled forward into the street, and backed it into the middle dock. Reconnected to the empty and left the way I came.
Another option is to enter the scene from the north on Mason St, sightside back into Alley #2 from the street, drop the loaded, pull the empty into Alley #1 facing north, etc.
In a way, what I did was really difficult and unnecessary because there are ways to do this without blindsiding. It was my fault for not planning ahead very well and thinking there would be more space back there. OTOH my solution helps me avoid most of the traffic.
What you can't see in the image is that the northwest entrance is the main entrance and has heavy four-wheeler traffic, especially this time of year. S Mason St is also fairly busy. So to come in that entrance you have to pretty much inch your way in, blocking the street and the entire entrance while you wait for all the "civilian traffic" (translation: a bunch of people who have no idea what the heck you're trying to do and don't care) to get out of the way. Other than that, I really like G-town's and Farmerbob's solution. Vendingdude's solution really is the best solution IMO--just don't know if I can make one of the corners. I'll have to try it next time I deliver here.
Thanks for the input!
