.28 is just ridiculous. That's blackout territory for a lot of people. Guy will probably come to in jail wondering what happened.

If you watch the video from the cop's.dash cam not only does the truck go over lanes but he falls out of the door!

Shoot, I start slurry singing and shucking my clothes at HALF that amount of booze in my system. I can't imagine trying to drive a rig!
