I have successfully completed my very first solo run! It's amazing that one can be enveloped in training for four-five months and, when off on their own, they appear to either seemingly forget everything they've learned, or continually second guess each and everything little thing that happens! Yes, that was me all day yesterday and last night!! However, I safely and on time delivered the product! Kinda makes ya feel good!! Now I'm jonesing for my next load....BRING IT ON!!!

Gratulations brother! Been wondering when you would get out on your own. I totally hear where you're coming from when it comes to second-guessing yourself. I was doing the same thing all the way through my first run, and still yet.

Glad to hear you're gettin it done! Safe travels.

I'm on the bus headed to Denver. We just stopped at a truck stop and I'm looking at the rigs thinking " man a week from today I'll be driving one of those, sitting behind that wheel." Been seeing all the rigs going by, Prime, Swift, etc. Wondering if any of them is you guys. Way to go Robbie.

Luckily my first load was just some lumber out of Arkansas. Took me 3hrs. But the first time I did a suicide coil solo...... scared would be an understatement.

Thanks everyone!! The start of my second load was rather eventful....I had to cross the Chesapeake Bay Bridge today. BIG flashing sign warned of dangerous winds. I had an empty trailer! So, what did I do? What we all should do when facing obstacles in our lives...I prayed! Just as I was approaching the bridge, the winds shifted and became a tail wind. Not once going over the bridge did the truck or trailer rock! Yeah....that just happened! Thank You Lord!!!
