I have to say I'm looking forward to my new ride at the new job. Their trucks come pretty much fully stocked, although I do have to buy the stuff that goes into the fridge. Still, it's a really good deal. Here are a couple of different setups they have. Not sure which one I'll get yet, but I'll be happy with either honestly.

Looks like the interior of my old bus.

Saw some really cool extended sleepers from the manufacturers at Mid America Truck Show a couple of weeks ago.

The new KW 680 sleeper from Bolt was about the coolest.

Bud, don't make a move until you get a stocked refrigerator!

filename-nyc-2012-07.jpg (please note: if you open that little cage, your Qualcomm automatically goes on a 34 hour break!)

Qualcomm:

Omnitracs (a.k.a. Qualcomm) is a satellite-based messaging system with built-in GPS capabilities built by Qualcomm. It has a small computer screen and keyboard and is tied into the truck’s computer. It allows trucking companies to track where the driver is at, monitor the truck, and send and receive messages with the driver – similar to email.

Keeping alcohol in a cage like that isn't legal, right?

Also, what happens if you get a fridge installed, and the company decides to put you in a different truck or such? Do they take the fridge out and put it in the new truck, or are you just SOL? I'm a little bit surprised they don't just put a small fridge in every truck to start with.

I paid $500 for my fridge and install. So they are making money. They will for a fee move it to the new truck. However, if you have a Cascadia fridge and are next assigned a Pete....the fridge won't fit. So then u have to ask for a different truck, sell the fridge for a new one, or strap the old one in somehow.

That was the 'fridge picture I found, and made a joke. Any booze found on your truck, you might as well pack up and find a new non-driving job.

You can't modify your truck - don't drill holes, etc. So you should be able to unplug your ice box and take it with you.

Not truck related, but Prime has a fleet cell phone you can get for $16 per week. Unlimited talk text and data, no hotspot though and you need to buy your choice of phones about $150. Can't switch your old number though. No contract
