Just curious whats about average amount of times one stops per day assuming he was not delievering that same day

I may stop 2-3 times. Once for my 30 min and a couple time to use the restroom. If you want to make money, it is best to keep the door closed and the wheels turning.

As long as you abide by the HOS (hours of service) rules and get to your destination on time, you can stop as many times as you like.

There is no average. I like to stop briefly every two hours or so just to get out and check my load and move a little. Each driver develops their own style.

Sometimes I nap for two hours and don't stop again...sometimes I stop a few times a day. Depends on the load and how I'm feeling. I.might park at a place with great parking then drive to a stop for a shower....then stop at a rest area for quick break.

Every day is different. Other days I stop.for the 30min and not again.
