So 2 days ago while I was at school one of the male instructors kept jumping on the truck while I was doing backing maneuvers distracting me. He was always standing just a little to close. When I tried to walk away he grabbed the back of my shirt and bra and pulled back towards him. When i was in the truck later after he backed it away from the other students. I was adjusting my passenger mirror he hoped on the truck again with the door open this time. When I was in the drivers seat again he put his hands between my legs and forced them open because I wouldn't relax them for him. I reported him to the range supervisor at the time and he kept him away from me the rest of the day. The manager told me the next day that he was going to get fired that day. I found out today he is on admin leave not fired. Anything I can do?

Dm:

Dispatcher, Fleet Manager, Driver Manager

The primary person a driver communicates with at his/her company. A dispatcher can play many roles, depending on the company's structure. Dispatchers may assign freight, file requests for home time, relay messages between the driver and management, inform customer service of any delays, change appointment times, and report information to the load planners.

It is a process, if he is on admin leave it means the school is investigating the incident. It is a positive sign.

Sexual assault is a crime.

Call the Police and report the incident. Write it all down so you don't forget anything. Tell them what happened truthfully.

If you were my daughter, that's what I would tell you to do.

Since I have not graduated yet I am concerned that there would be repercussions if I go to the police.

If that happened, there most likely would be no more school, after that. The school administration does not want a sexual predator on their staff. I doubt they would punish you for taking a needed action. Protect yourself, and any future potential victims.

The school just called to let me know that the college they are affiliated with was notified due to they type of incident and they wanted to contact me. She also said that he has been removed from the driving range till I graduate. Then she asked what I was thinking about it. I told her that I haven't decided yet I am concentrating on graduating.

That sounds like the school is trying to sweep it under the rug.
