Old James is a great teacher. If you can get some seat time with him in preparation for your test, well worth it. I kid you not, I am a better driver because of him.
You guys have me crackin up. When I went to school we had a few teachers that were real characters. The trucking industry is loaded with em.
In fact, the other day I was at the bowling alley, of all places, and this guy comes in with a black leather jacket, black jeans, chain wallet, full beard, big belly, talks real loud and drops F-bombs every 3rd word. My "trucker sense" started tingling and sure enough a few minutes later he turns around and I notice he has a t shirt on with what I presume was the name of his trucking company on it. I thought, "Geez, it's 2018 and you can still pull a trucker out of a crowd in a matter of seconds."

With the exception of the f-bombs, add a black leather Jeff hat, a bit of chew, and you just described Old James.
