One of the things I LOVE about driving, is the many different sites we get to see, both natural, and man made.

Today, I delivered a load of Angus Beef, to the Sysco DC in Philadelphia, PA. The view from the dock I was in was pretty cool.

I have a lot of pictures I could share, but I can never decide which ones.

One thing I have noticed since I started driving, are some quirky mannerisms I have picked up.

1.1 .when loaded heavy, going up a decent sized hill, I rock forward, as if I could help the truck go faster.

1.2 I also press harder on the pedal.

2. I lean into turns.

3. When going under Any overpass under 14' I cringe as I go under.

4. When going over railroad tracks, I hold my breath.

There are probably others, but these are the ones I have actually noticed myself doing.

As a local driver I go under hundreds of low trees and rub against many branches.

At the end of the day I count how many leafs and twigs got inside my truck. Was pretty cool, a week ago I got a small twig inside my lunch box.

I press the gas pedal harder then laugh. Like that will make me go faster. I also lean forward like that will help. I duck when going under those bridges. I also say ouch at every bridge transition, those bumps.
