Big Scott, Gotta wait til my kids are out of HS. There's no way I can leave my good-paying job w/ great healthcare benefits right now. It's terrifying to know I'll be going unpaid for an amount of time when I start this new chapter in my life. So while it sucks to wait (and stay at my good-paying job that I'm TOTALLY burnt out on), it's also good because I can build up some savings hopefully and be well prepared when it's time =)

My dad was a shop manager for Con-Way and they used to work on CFI trucks when they became Conway Truck load, he left for Old Dominion before right around the time XPO sold Truck Load. They where still changing CFI schemes to Conway Truck Load when XPO bought them so they all had to be changed to XPO truck load then back to CFI.

A lot of changes there in the last 10 years glad to hear you like it.
