Lol Bruce, I'm kinda like you, there's nothing here much as in family etc, to worry about getting "home time" I figure, where ever I may be at that time, I will make the most of it, and see what that locale/place has to offer. Might even carry me a small fishing pole, and couple lures lol. Just to kick it, and play around, fish or no fish. I miss fishing actually

Remember... fishing licenses are State issued! Maybe a small container to carry them in so you can stay legal wherever you are.
I'd hate to read here:
I got a ticket today while fishing!

Yes they did. There is the episode with Andy fishing and a Fish & Game officer hauling Andy & Helen to the courthouse for not having his fishing license with him.
Lol Ken, I saw that episode, probably because they went fishing someplace else, than the opening where he and Opie are walking to theirs.....
But yeah everything needs a license or permit to do anything, anymore for sure, they gotta get that $$ to pay for stuff lol
Being homeless, I've spent my current 34 at the steak and shake, cracker barrel, russel stover store, soon to be pool hall, then capping off at the Rio Grande bar and grill before heading on to Kansas in the am.

I'm starting to understand why the Vets here advise us to embrace our 34 resets and have some fun. Already, I enjoy my road time more than my home time. Disclaimer: Unlike many of you, I don't have family at home any more, so that will be a big factor for others, of course.
The last 3 times I've been home, these are the activities that consumed most of my time
1) Snow plowing
2) Snow plowing and tax prep.
3) More tax prep and house maintenance. Thankfully, no snow.
Hopefully my medical leave issue will be resolved by Friday and I can get back to my truck. I hear it calling to me in the night. (ok, that's a little melodramatic) But you know what I mean.
