Todd

That is hilarious. I know enough of the Todd saga to be immensely amused.

I want to change mine to "General Category".

Splitter, debt free! Good for you. Sounds like the Dave Ramsey philosophy. If you are considering buying a house listen to Dave's podcasts. He gives great advice on how to proceed with common sense. BTW, how old are you? Sounds like you are getting on a great path to success.

Thank you Army! Godspeed to you & attaining your goals too.

Bruce, I'll be 57 in a few months. Didn't hit my stride until I left the money pit that is NYC & started driving for Prime exactly 1 year ago.

Thank you for the recommendation & will take a listen along the road. I have 2 lanes I'm travelling to home ownership. NASA credit union will fully finance a 1st time primary residence home purchase with a 720+ credit rating & less than 40% debt to income ratio. Also, saving for a 10-20% down payment which will eliminate having to pay extra for PMI. If conditions remain close to where they are now. I'll have to house paid in less than 10 yrs. Florida's real estate is do much more attainable than NYC. Plus the neighbors are nicer! Lol!!

I'd probably go with my real name. Chris but... I'm still keeping my Rookie status for a few more years. Or indefinitely...😉
