My ex picked up our dog's ashes yesterday, and this came with it I thought it was beautiful of course it made me cry again.

I'll figure out how this works one of these days. Try to send a picture and opposed together and it just doesn't work out for me technically challenged

JYK9, Don't worry about crying. That note brought tears to my eyes. I'm dreading the day Moocho Poocho is no longer my co-pilot in life.

Had to put down Russell two weeks ago because of a heart tumor.

Best dog I ever had.

We are facing that same heartbreak. Buster has evaluation at OSU Vet oncology unit next week. He has been our constant companion since he showed up at the farm in 2007.

Your avatar looks a lot like my dog that just passed on this week. Sweetest dog ever. My heart's been broken.

My heart breaks for you Junkyard. I had my Girl put down last June 20th. One of the hardest things I have ever had to do. She was 14 1/2 years old to the day. Got her when she was 9 weeks old.

Taylor on left, Cisco on right... both rescues. Both now gone a few years.

Taken in the snow cave I built for us!

Thanks guys. The thing about a dog is when you come home no matter what kind of day you had they are there to greet you when your teenage kids won't... Your significant other is mad at you... A dog doesn't care about any of that. They are just so happy to see you. Not ready to have another dog for a while. I can tell in all your posts how much your dogs meant to you. The dog doesn't have to be a purebred because mine wasn't. She was a rescue dog, the vet thought she was Irish Terrier and lab in other words a mutt... But I loved that dog. We know she was abused when we got her because we had some issues early on. But she ended up being the greatest I never had. God bless our dogs...
