I always keep my CB on and volume up. What happens when it's Atlanta and it is the loop that's backed up lol. Then you're ******. Like me, tomorrow.... probably hit Atlanta at 1000 tomorrow. We'll see how it goes.

That is a hard pass! Hahaha
I'm at mile 975 of a 1,784 "4" stop run, finalizing in CT. Then a quick reload, and back through NY for hometime.

That's a good run.
Don't melt in the heat.
Good deal, over the years I've had a couple of useful cb conversations.
We didn't bother installing a cb in our newest truck, and I haven't really missed it. My blood pressure is probably better for it lol.

Today's trip took me through Louisville, KY, Cincinnati, OH and Columbus, OH.
Having the CB allowed me to avoid accidents in all 3 cities, in time to take the "loops" around each city, due to accidents.
It was interesting to see, which trucks took the alternate routes, vs getting stuck in the jam. It makes you wonder how many actually had CB's, and wbich did, and just chose to ignore the advice, or they trusted their GPS more.
Today, I heard more cb chatter than I heard the previous 2 weeks, I think. It was good to hear everyone helping and giving updates, and directions, with very few shenanigans. Although, I have been known, at times, to cause some of the shenanigans, over the radio.
