I'm supposed to be delivering in Villa Rica, GA tomorrow afternoon, I'm currently about 330 miles away with 7 hours and 20 minutes on my clock, I should be able to make it there on time no problem, but since it's a live unload at a Sam's club, I might run out of time. Could I legally PC to the Pilot not far away?

Even if I'm out of time on my 70 hour clock? Sorry new to being able to use PC since Schneider didnt allow it logging wise.

Obviously you have to go to nearest parking area. I dont know how Crete does it but if there are no spots at the nearest truck parking area, Prime wants us to enter a remark on the QC that parking was unavailable and then go to the next closest spot.

Just saw your most recent post...I'd assume you can still use PC with no time on your 70. However, I'm not 100% on that.

Of course the nearest, Crete is the same way they said during orientation that if we use PC to go to the nearest parking spot and it's full, just make sure to add a remark saying that and move along to the next nearest one.

Yeah I'm trying to figure out if I can do this delivery or if I need to let dispatch know ahead while there is a decent amount of time left to come up with a plan.

If I can PC after running out of hours on my 70, then I'll be fine. Otherwise I can let dispatch know asap and come up with a new game plan.

Would you be considered off duty and to have started your 10 hour break while utilizing PC?

Yes pc is off duty driving and will not interrupt your break

Decided to send Crete a message just to see if it would be fine for me to do that or if they might want to get it relayed or something.
