We do have some forum members at Prime who are ex-military. Rob D and Spaceman Spiff immediately come to mind, and I'm sure there are others.
The only thing I know about the program is it shortens the length of contract from 12 months to 9. Someone will hopefully be along soon to give you more details.
Awesome, Turtle. Thank you. FYI, your training diary is extremely helpful and is a big reason why I’m leaning toward approaching Prime first and seeing if they’ll take me on.

That's the only benefit offered to me by Prime, other than a sticker for your truck,
So the contract is for nine months instead of twelve? That’s good to know.

Do you still have gi bill benefits left?
I do, but I'm transferring them to my daughter.

I honestly thought that wasn't allowed. Has it always been that way?

It became an option after 9/11 for those who deployed in support of the War on Terrorism. It’s kind of funny even typing that... haven’t heard or used that phrase in many years, but yeah. You had to commit to serving for a certain number of years to do it, which for me meant more deployments, but it was doable.

I’m transitioning out of the Army after a long career. I’m planning on signing in to a large company that offers training. Many of them look good, but I’m leaning toward Prime. I’m trying to get more details about it’s Military Fast Track program, but I can’t find anything specific. Does anyone here know where I should look? Also, if you’re at another company that offers veterans benefits, I’d love to here about it. Thanks to all on this site ... I’ve been reading the forum for years and it has been really helpful.
