I've seen a few and thought what a stupid setup.
I've seen a few day cab's set up backwards, and even more box trucks built that way.
I've been to two fuel islands that had the DEF pump on the passenger side. One of these I pulled into, of course....
A tractor which does not have a sleeper berth attached to it. Normally used for local routes where drivers go home every night.
