I-80 In Wyoming, Rolling Shutdowns

Yeah I hate Wyoming, I was stuck there for 3 days recently. The same reason, first it was an accident, then snow and then high winds. They ended up opening the Interstate while I was stuck there for just two hours before closing it again around 21:00, thankfully I was able to leave right away and got out of it. Because two hours later they shut it down again and it was shutdown for like 12 hours or more again.
Interstate:

That's precisely why I am on 70, heading west to Cali from Denver.
70 to 25 to 80 would have been much faster, but I'm didn't have to chain this time, and I pushed through the winds slowly last night.
Sitting at pilot I-25 with an empty waiting to head north the 170 miles to Cheyenne grrrrr
Set us up on a 4 stop kayaks and misc deliveries... Am not a happy camper, like once they get us on the 80 we get stuck running it east n west.
Drop in Rochester NY, then down to 1 drop in Burlington VT, then 2 deliveries in Bedford and Nashua NH. Hoping we don't get more shut downs along the way....And these all are in big retail centers lol
I was supposed to be headed eastbound through there. Weather update I had said it'll be closed til 1700 tonight. I'm currently sitting at loves in Springville waiting to get a tire and marker light fixed.

80 and 25 is Closed to Light, High Profile Vehicles...no time is given for reopening on wind alerts.
MM283 has the right lane closed WestBound for a wreck cleanup.
That's all the alerts for now across 80.

They opened it up around 14:30 yesterday. It was hammer down both directions. I'm governed at 67 so I stayed in the right lane.

Been sitting since 11:00 am yesterday. New update just said another 14-16 hours. But I was checking National weather service site and they said it could be dangerous winds until tomorrow night. I'm headed Eastbound sitting in a rest area. At least I've got food and water.
