Probably, but it doesn't matter. Permits expire, people change their minds and circumstances change. I took the test 3 or so times. It would expire and I would go take it again.
You can ask on 4/16. But it will have no bearing on your new results.

Said Is this you 3rd time. Well shouldn't he know that??? And I have a appointment in April 16. Will they know that I took it 3 times????
