I believe you can do the same with a direct stream to the Fire stick Lite and Roku. Those with XBoxes and PS4s I believe can do the same.
There is an app, pdanet that you install on both desktop and phone (not sure if it has one for a smart tv) that will wifi your data from your phone, also usb and bluetooth tether so that you can utilize your unlimited data. Its fast enough to game on.
Depending on your phone/tv you can use smart share or screen share. It mirrors the image on your phone to your TV. Most phones have this feature already, you just need a compatible TV.
There are also HDMI cables you can use, but I've never tried them.
The Google chrome cast will mirror your iphone to any tv, just plug into HDMI port and sync it to the google home app on your phone. When Disney plus came out it wouldn't load on my smart tv for whatever reason but was working fine on my phone. Kids were driving me nuts wanting to watch the Star Wars and Marvel stuff.

So for a couple years I've been wishing I could watch my phones screen on my TV since I have unlimited data on the phone. I watch Hulu and Netflix etc on the phone but to transfer that to the TV required me to use my mobile hotspot (or wifi if you have it, I didnt). I only have 10 gigs of hotspot per month which was about 8 hours of TV or movies. Well I found this little device at BestBuy. It costs $59.99. It plugs into a HDMI port on the tv and has a cord that plugs it to a usb port also on the tv for power. Its designed for Android smart phones which have a setting called Smart View. You plug it into the TV then turn on Smart View on your phone and everything on your phone magically appears on the tv, sound included. Nothing like watching a movie on a 40" screen and not paying extra for the hotspot data!!!

Dispatcher, Fleet Manager, Driver Manager
The primary person a driver communicates with at his/her company. A dispatcher can play many roles, depending on the company's structure. Dispatchers may assign freight, file requests for home time, relay messages between the driver and management, inform customer service of any delays, change appointment times, and report information to the load planners.
