Currently working at Prime and I'm on my way home after getting unloaded. I will need to fuel before getting home and since I'm not dispatched on any loads right now I don't have a trip number. I can't remember if you can just skip the option to put a trip number, but if i can't what do I put to be able to fuel? Thanks.

When I was at Prime, if that happened I used my previous trip number. That's been a couple years, but I can't see why that would change. Ask your fm.

Fm:

Dispatcher, Fleet Manager, Driver Manager

The primary person a driver communicates with at his/her company. A dispatcher can play many roles, depending on the company's structure. Dispatchers may assign freight, file requests for home time, relay messages between the driver and management, inform customer service of any delays, change appointment times, and report information to the load planners.

That's the same we do at Crete. However, our cards are turned off during hometime, so you're going to need to speak with dispatch as Turtle stated.

Thanks, I used the trip number from the last load and it worked.

Ditto, used last trip numbers too, when had to. Card's were always ON, at most Love's. Had me a secret list of all the Love's across the country, where they were always on to fuel up.

"Secret" since my mentor gave me a starting list to keep to myself. He said If everyone knew of them, we might have card's cut off lol My co-driver didn't get a copy, I just told him where to fuel, if not on our route/fuel solutions.

But we could always send in fuel update macro's to get our next fuel stop

This is still correct. Also, if you do not have a trailer, put BT for your trailer number.
