I have been offered a job by them and even though they pay a lot less sense per mile van GP Transco, that doesn't really matter if GP Transco is only giving me two thousand miles a week. They promised me they would get me at least 34 to 3600 a week.

Their 'saferweb' snapshot looks pretty good, for a smaller company! Equipment looks nice. Switching companies is ALWAYS a crap shoot, as you may know. The 'grass greener' ripple effect, haha! Have you spoken with GP/T about your lack of miles, first?

Maybe IDMtnGal (Ms. Laura) will chime in; she may know 'of' them. If you ARE in Idaho, she may also have some other leads.

Best of luck!

Dm:

Dispatcher, Fleet Manager, Driver Manager

The primary person a driver communicates with at his/her company. A dispatcher can play many roles, depending on the company's structure. Dispatchers may assign freight, file requests for home time, relay messages between the driver and management, inform customer service of any delays, change appointment times, and report information to the load planners.

You best get those miles guaranteed in writing. 3400 per week = 13,600 a month. That's a tremendous amount so I'm skeptical that this would be seen consistently.

Or even promised to a rookie by ANY company for that matter.

I drove 14 000 in one month one time, all driving recaps. Everything went perfect for all 30 days. My goal has always been 12,000 miles each month.
