I'm starting school tomorrow morning! dancing-dog.gif

All the things I've learned from this site and its contributors have helped sooooooo much, I feel like I have a bit of insight into this new world, and that's a big confidence booster!

OOS:

When a violation by either a driver or company is confirmed, an out-of-service order removes either the driver or the vehicle from the roadway until the violation is corrected.

Congratulations Deb!

Hang tough, there will be a few times when you'll want to just throw your hands up and quit. Don't do it! We all experienced those beginner frustrations causing us to think we might not be cut out for this job. To be honest with you, it will take every bit of your first year of driving to begin to feel like you are starting to get the hang of this career. There are so many skills that you will be learning and honing as you develop as a driver, just hang in there and follow the instructor's lead - you will get there!

Hours Of Service

HOS refers to the logbook hours of service regulations.

Good luck, let us know how you like your training. Both good and bad since many of us on this site are preparing for school, and still deciding which school to attend.

Congrats!!
