I can't believe how close I came to getting caught up in all that !! I was dispatched south just hours before it all started developing... whew... I have dodged Old Man Winter well so far. Lord, let me get through my first winter without getting trapped !! lol

Old school I probably passed right by you today. I left Maine around 0100 and came through Lawrence and all the way down 84 to 684 in N.Y.

One of these days sir I'm gonna get you that steak dinner, lol

For anyone wondering what happened with my truck on the day of the storm, my trainer kept pushing through it. We ended up taking back roads just to get around Lincoln and it's multiple closures due to accidents. I crossed into Nebraska from Wyoming at about 6 a.m. on my shift and my trainer shut down on his shift just south of Kansas City at 1 a.m. So yeah, all in all, about 19 hours to go that little distance. Just a huge waste of fuel and time and stress.

Heavy C, I would have enjoyed that steak dinner today! I was in Lawrence around 10:30 or 11:00 this morning. I left Southington CT this morning, made my final stop in Lawrence, Massachusetts, then headed down to Cressona, Pennsylvania where I'm sleeping tonight.
