Just don't turn on the radio, it'll make you feel like you're in Mexico.

I think you are in Mexico, only there's a whole lot of Russian immigrants there to keep up the cultural diversity.

Jay, although I don't get over to the Bay area very often anymore, I feel your pain. That whole L.A. area is a killer. I used to go into Fontana quite often and I always dreaded it. It seems like you average about three miles per hour in that area.

Awwww come on don't be scared! LOL I worked for Pepsi there in Carson (Diesel tech) lol the freeways can be stressful there during daytime or hell anytime! Grown and raised in So Calif, knows how bad it can be to a newbie! Everyone's in a rush to get that 1 car length ahead of the next guy! Then, you end up sitting next to them at the next light lol.

Fontana's a picnic compared to Carson/Torrance area...

So far (although it wasn't rush hour here) Chicago is by far my least favorite city to drive to and through.

Got the pleasure of driving thru Chicago on one of my first solo trips. 2 am on a Sunday. Place was packed. They all drove at 90mph. It was CRAZY.

The thing about Californistan is the 4 wheelers LOVE to pass you and merge right back in front of you as close as they possibly can. It's like a Californian way of saying "F you trucker for being in my way".. Born and raised in that god awful state.
