It's not necessarily a truck stop but it has plenty of truck parking and diesel. Harris Ranch on I 5 in between LA and San Fran. Everything is grown or raised on the ranch.

We will definitely look into it, thank you!

Maybe some actual drivers can back me up on this, as I'm just a lowly four wheel driver for now but R Place in Morris, IL at the TA is pretty dang good. Its been on another truck stop show before I believe

Brian is right, Harris Ranch is not quite a truck stop, but there is a large area for trucks to park and (IIRC) three diesel pumps meant for trucks adjacent to the parking. There is also a Shell Station, an airstrip with aviation fuel, and a Tesla charging station as part of the HR complex. They have all transportation covered. If you want something made from beef, HR is a good bet on I-5 in California. It's at the I-5 SR198 interchange.

In Salinas there is the T&A Cafe, No not that T&A, Tanimura and Antle. It has truck parking, a lot of truck parking, and a few spots for cars, but no fuel or any other amenity.

That's it, that's all the interesting places I know.

The Moapa Paiute Travel Plaza in Moapa, NV has really good food. Had some good enchiladas there the other day. It's a fun place. They're always doing wacky things like lighting off fireworks and having a Brett Michaels concert on the 4th of July.

Lee Hi Travel Plaza, Lexington, Virginia, and Russell's Truck & Travel Center, near Glenrio, New Mexico off the top of my head. Also, The Big Texan Steak Ranch in Amarillo, Texas, home of the 72 ounce Steak dinner.
