On just about any given day, I see several police cars (bears) having some 4 wheeler pulled over. Yesterday I see one had a simi-truck pulled over. That was the only one in about 2 month's that I've seen. I wouldn't use that experience as a given, but it is only one statistic you might use.
I saw 4 of them pulled over yesterday in ohio. I would say ive seen at least 1 a day for the past week but ive only been out a week too.
I'd say it's about as common as 4 wheelers. You have the same percentage of speeders, tailgaters, etc. in the truck driving population as you do in the regular population. And the cops don't seem to discriminate.

I would tend to agree with that. I think the police rightfully should expect better driving from truck drivers but I don't see any discrimination regarding who gets pulled over. I think if you looked at statistics like "tickets per driving mile" you would find it's probably pretty similar between 4 wheelers and big rigs.

HI, my name is Jeremy Harbison and I have been doing some research for a website that I built. I am seeking help from truck drivers who are actually in the field and on the road. What I am trying to learn right now is how often do truck drivers get tickets? This can be any type of ticket.
