We just completed the 4 week classroom phase of CDL school, and guess who finished number one? You're lookin' at him (so to speak)! smile.gif Of course, this would not have been possible without the tremendous jump start I got from The High Road...no way! Now comes the real challenge. Practice pad on Monday morning!!

And Brett, I just received my very own copy of the YOU ARE YOUR OWN GYM dvd set. Hopefully I can figure a way to use this while on the road.

No, I'm not being ****y. I know I still have to graduate before I get there, and I'm sure I'll be crawling back here for moral support in the interim. Thanks to all in advance for being here!

Wow man, congrats on both! dancing.gifdancing-dog.gif

You are seriously moving your life forward at a rapid pace! smile.gif

You Are Your Own Gym is absolutely amazing. You'll be able to do a lot of it right in your truck with a little "creative engineering" to make room and find ways to do pull-ups and such. But it's totally doable. That program is fantastic!

You definitely have it goin on so keep it up! Stay on top of things - your studies, your health, your positive attitude. Keep that momentum going and keep focusing on improving yourself and your life day in and day out.

Good times!!! dancing-banana.gif

Pull-ups on a truck? Seriously? Wow, the only thing I can think of that would be more challenging is, as Ryan mentioned, the diet. The low sodium thing is going to be harder than hard!!

Will not be hard to do. Just read all the labels. Seriously. If you cut out the soft drinks and read the labels of the stuff you eat then you will be fine.

I agree with ya guyjax! But its gonna take some discipline cause the bad stuff for ya tastes soo good! lol I mean I'd say i eat somewhat healthy now granted I'm in the Marine Corps so we kind of have to. I just think its gonna take a lot of discipline to eat healthy and live healthy once I'm on the road

Congrats! Where does one find that DVD set? It will be awhile before I need it, but I want to stay healthy while driving!
