I also started my career with Prime. Been with them since 1/3/15. I can't say enough good things about them, truly a first rate experience so far. No company is perfect but they really treat you respect and dignity. Great open door policy heck the owner even gave us his cell phone # at last weeks safety meeting.
Old Dominion Freight Line. I don't plan to ever leave.
Swift is a regular "starter" company. In my training and my first year, I have no complaints.

A facility where trucking companies operate out of, or their "home base" if you will. A lot of major companies have multiple terminals around the country which usually consist of the main office building, a drop lot for trailers, and sometimes a repair shop and wash facilities.
I started with Prime Inc. April 2014, went through their training program and am still turning miles for them..! I've been both Company Driver and Lease Operator and either way I like the Company and will stay until I go somewhere else...:) Getting the 1st year safely completed was my goal and now it's about making money..Prime offers everything a new driver needs to succeed.
