Wow Rainy.....you sound just like Fran Dresher!
I digress.......CONGRATS Matt! I have a 2015 Freightliner auto....love it, although I have nothing to compare it to except my Mentors 2012 8 speed with a half million miles.
Congrats on the 2 year anniversary. Congrats on the new Power Unit.
I'm assuming you've done your 2 safely and productively (especially as a team). 2 year OTR experience mark is where opportunities really start to open up Especially for safe/productive TEAMS (husband & wife ones especially). You could pretty much write your own ticket anywhere now.
So Prime has recognized this, and "rewarded you" with a brandy new Tractor. Guess they must want y'all to stay on.
Congrats again...
Rick
OTR driving normally means you'll be hauling freight to various customers throughout your company's hauling region. It often entails being gone from home for two to three weeks at a time.
Congratulations Matt! Nice ride.
Congratulations on the anniversary and the sweet rig.

Well my second anniversary with Prime was last week, and I happened to be heading in to Springfield because the blower for the sleeper stopped working on my truck. Kind of important to have ac back there on a team truck.
To my surprise they had me turn in the truck and put me in a brand new 2017. It even happened to be the color my wife was hoping for!
It rides like a dream and they must have greatly improved insulation because there is like zero road noise, even driving through windy Arizona yesterday. We'll see if the suspension and insulation stands the test of time, but I'm super stoked.
It's one of the new automatics which will take some getting used to, but I'm trying to keep an open mind. Wife loves it.
