I passed right by Prime,s HQ in Springfield this morning. Then it all clicked. Have any of you Primers gone down to Ozark the Lambert's? (about 13 miles south on US 65.)

Big food, (you get more than full) and the staff throw rolls at you across the room.

Never been. Heard about it though. Always wondered what would happen if you threw the rolls back, lol.

I just read about this.

Lambert's has truck parking at their Ozark AND Sikeston branches. Apparently the Prime peeps had over there a lot. Catch: you have to drive through the car lot to get to the truck parking in Ozark.

They supposedly have fantastic food. My hubby is from around the Sikeston area and has eaten there quite a few times and says their food is great. It's kind of pricey but it's basically all you can eat and the portions are HUGE!

C.M. has her doubts:

They supposedly have fantastic food.

I've eaten at Sikeston several times. You don't need to "suppose" their food is good - it is. Maybe pricey, but I said "big food" - you get all that you pay for.

Rolls thrown during all open hours. You order your entrée, and servers are always walking around with side stuff to serve you - fried okra (national vegetable of the South), blackeyed peas, sliced tomatoes, and more.

Ok that settles it! Next time we go home, we are going to stop in Ozark for some grub! It's on the way home so yeah.

Although I have to get out of this Kenworth shop first.... Been here allllllll day

Enjoy the "pass arounds" and the rolls they throw are the size of softballs. You can one-hand them.

I've enjoyed the one in Foley, Alabama.
