I64 and i68 suck at night in winter..curves and hills. 7% grade on 64 in WV. Not fun in a blizzard hahha. That was one of my shut down nights.

I'd still rather to midwest and east than west. Funny how people have different preferences

I been avoiding the east, but it was inevitable haha.

The East isn't bad at all, until you get into the Northeast. I actually love running the Midwestern/eastern area I've been running lately. Lots more beautiful scenery than Wyoming ever had to offer haha

If you want to see the challenges that eastern hills have to offer, pick up 19 off of 70 at the west Virginia / PA border and run it down into Virginia. You'll be more than happy to run back out west.

I love the desert and the wide open spaces, all you got to look at out here is trees. LOL

I'm finally seeing some more....not in the east, but more toward that I guess.

Took a load from Colorado to Iowa, then picked up in IA and heading to Nevada, my next load, if I get it, will take me from NV to Missouri.

As far as scenery goes, I know the east has some good scenery, but it's going to be hard to top the run I did today on I70 through Glen Canyon, CO. Stunning scenery running through the canyons with the Colorado River running along side.

Well... No Ohio for me.. can't make pick up because of the previous load. Man I keep on getting myself into something. Place wouldn't take me early so I had to take my break which lead to me losing the load to Ohio. I still got a lot more to learn with trip planning.

I'm sitting till 7pm to get unloaded right now. I ran my load pretty hard knowing that our appointment times aren't usually real accurate nor set in stone so 9 times out of 10 they will happily reschedule for an earlier time or relay it so I can get moving again... well this more the 10th than those other nine times.😳

I've been running teams so when I'm solo it takes a little getting used to and I know once I switch to a solo company I'll have some hard knocks coming when it comes to trip planning and time management without someone to tag in for drive time.
