Ive ordered pizza and chinese to the truck when stuck getting loaded, however tonight we stopped at the TA I75 x 369 near knoxville and had some Popeyes chicken and it was soo yummy. Im stuffed and my codriver is working his shift now so ill be headed to the sleeper soon. Atlanta traffic today wore me out.

Not had anything delivered to the truck yet, but did have some Chinese delivered to a terminal once. I know, not very exciting...

Terminal:

A facility where trucking companies operate out of, or their "home base" if you will. A lot of major companies have multiple terminals around the country which usually consist of the main office building, a drop lot for trailers, and sometimes a repair shop and wash facilities.

Parrothead66, there are a few places that I regularly go to where there happens to be a really good pizza place nearby. When I am in Riverdale, NJ at our customer "Camfil," there is a place I like to get pizza from, and it's funny because the first time I ordered it the guy seemed a little surprised when I told him I was in a big grey Volvo eighteen wheeler parked behind the building. Now when ever I call that place for a pizza they always ask me, "Okay, our notes in the computer say that you are in a big grey Volvo eighteen wheeler parked behind the building, is that still correct?"

Now I haven't parked behind the building but I have called ahead at a few BBQ joints and told em I'd be by in 15 minutes, pulled over out front run in and get it then back out to the truck and down the road I go.

I'm sorry that wasn't clear - I was parked behind my customer's building.
