So i just needed to vent on this...went to my local pharmacy to get my BP checked since i wanted to call prime today...150/92...ouch...granted i was a lil stressed from it so my pulse was also like 101 which is about 30 high for me...went and got gallons of water and some bananas...i shouldnt have this problem at 27 years old lol...will have to wait to call prime it seems.

Great call on the water and banana's. I did a physical for CR England and my BP was about 147/90 if I remember right. 4 days later I did one for Roehl and it was about 20 points lower. In those 4 days I drank a lot of water and ate lots of bananas. Good stuff! Good luck!

Thanks. Google is my friend lol, also got some low dose asprin hear that will help a lil. Ill give it a week if it doesnt go down ill have to see about meds...i need this to happen lol. Had to order a new birth cert appearntly mine was lost in a move...another couple week delay, at this rate i wont get in till march :(

It's pretty eye opening ain't it? I never really though I would have an issue with high blood pressure but lo and behold it wasn't were I wanted it to be.

Which company are you looking at?

When you go to take your bp, sit down for at least a minute, take a few deep slow breaths to calm down, then take it. Report back.

Don't ignore High Blood Pressure. It is a silent KILLER, and EASILY controlled with medication. The Meds are inexpensive as well. SEE YOUR DOCTOR NOW!!! Stay away from quick fixes to temporarily lower it just to pass your DOT Physical. Just my $.02

Currently im looking at prime george, heard amazing things about them. I looked at roehl but according to the site they want me to get my dot physical first and that can be upwards of 300 i hear.

Tractor i dont have a doctor lol no insurance at the moment. Plan to change that once i can get my foot in the door for truckin.

Also, those machines are notorious for being inaccurate.

I had the pharmasist check my bp himself didnt use one of those automatic machines.
