We highly recommend committing to you first company for a full year. It will take you about that length of time before you truly understand all there is to know about this job. CR England will definitely require you to sign a contract so make sure you fully understand your obligations before committing to them.

And be sure to READ the contracts. I have noticed the contract I signed is totally different from some of the people who came after me at my company. So just don't go on the word of another.

Drivers are often paid by the mile and it's given in cents per mile, or cpm.
When a violation by either a driver or company is confirmed, an out-of-service order removes either the driver or the vehicle from the roadway until the violation is corrected.

The only complaints I ever heard about CRE is the lower CPM. Other than that, all of my friends there quite liked it.
Something to point out that Brett, GTown and Old School always state...the CPM doesn't matter if you prove yourself to be a producer. Its better to make 30cpm and keep rolling than 40cpm and not getting miles. So research that with the recruiters.

Hi have any of you gone through CR England's driving school program? If so how did it go, how long did it take and did you have to take a driving test at the DMV or because they are a large company do they sign off on it? Also is it paid training?
And on a side note if I sign the contract with them get my CdL and a month or two later I want to switch companies will I be pro rated considering how much time I worked with them to how much I then owe? Or will I still owe the full amount even if I fulfill 9/10 of my contract
