Well as of 04:00PM CST today, Friday January 12, 2018, I am now officially certified as a Lead Driver at CRST Expedited. I can’t believe how far I have come in such a short time. Thanks to everyone here at TruckingTruth for keepin me motivated to be my very best I can be. I will most definitely pass that motivation along to my students to make 100% sure they are trained the right way.

Of course. Your story is truly inspiring. I could never be a trainer. Not for a lack of ability, I was a NCO for many, many years and trained/mentored many a young soldier. I just tend to offend people.

Millionmiler24, you obviously love what you're doing. If part of your training consists of reinforcing that appreciation for this career in your trainees, then you will be doing the industry a great service.

I kind of hated to see you lose a co-driver that you could work with so well, but I'm excited to see you move into this new capacity with such enthusiasm.

We all wish you the best, and I'm secretly hoping you might one day get to train some new rookie from within our ranks. That would be way cool.

My current student has been on this site before for research. I sure do love every minute of this job.
