Very nice and congratulations on your achievement.
Congrats, I have been following your career and I'm so happy for you. One thing that makes me laugh is that we're making car payments, and we never get to drive the vehicles. When Iwe do, and please others chime in on this... Doesn't it seem odd to drive vehicle other than a truck? I feel like I'm in another world. Except I get to pull into stores whenever I want. And not worry about hitting anything. Congrats million miler you have no idea what an inspiration you are to others. God bless you brother. I am so happy for you.

When you get back on a car for the 1st time after bein used to a semi then yes it can be. The more times you do it though at least for me, the difference doesn't feel as weird.
Thanks everyone for the well wishes and congratulations. Hopefully within the next couple of years, I will have the car paid off and then can also try to get my own home. I know some people might not think this makes a lot of sense as a truck driver however I am setting myself up for my future. I establish good credit habits and also I will have a place to call home to retire in when I am 65+ and then both will be paid off and hopefully by then I would have my house (when I obtain one) and multiple vehicles paid off and have a solid credit history established.

Thanks to this lovely industry I have hit 2 more milestones in my rebuilding of my life. Now things couldn't be better. 1st of all me and my co driver have been elected drivers of the month for July 2018. Also we are both on hometime now and today I hit my most rewardin milestone: I just got a new car finally. I am now the proud owner of a 2015 Honda Accord LX Sedan. I first learned to drive in a Honda and have always wanted one and I absolutely love it. Now I can finally reestablish my credit and then I can finally get me a house after the car is paid way down or preferably paid off.
Let these accomplishments show everyone that when you perform right in this industry and work really hard, good things will happen. Just show your Fleet/Driver Manager you have what it takes to be a Top Tier Driver and great things will happen. This is a performance based industry. Perform well and you can enable yourself to do big things.
Driver Manager:
Dispatcher, Fleet Manager, Driver Manager
The primary person a driver communicates with at his/her company. A dispatcher can play many roles, depending on the company's structure. Dispatchers may assign freight, file requests for home time, relay messages between the driver and management, inform customer service of any delays, change appointment times, and report information to the load planners.
