Well, I haven’t had any illlness in a long time so I guess I was due. Unfortunately, it’s gonna be a little bit longer before I get back. Turns out that I somehow got Legionnaire’s disease. I was rushed to the hospital by ambulance a few days ago,and I just got released. Still week as a kitten. Apparently, they’re coming to tow my truck away for testing. I’m not sure how much more I have to fight against to get this job down, lol!

Thanks guys. I feel a lot better. Company is trying to get me back quickly. Some friends think they are rushing me back because they're afraid I'm gonna die them! 🤣 That's not me, so they don't have to worry. My problem is I have no stamina. I was getting in much better shape before this happened, so I was pretty strong relatively. Now I tire really easily. I'm sure it's from having almost 105 fever for three days straight. My lungs feel almost clear, so that's good. I do want to get back because I don't earn any money on my couch, lol. Doctor wants me to stay home until the end of the month, but I am hoping I can get back in a week or so. I'm going to start walking and see how my lungs and stamina are. My wife is worried that I won't be able to handle the long days. We'll see. I've got to be recovered before I go back because I don't want to be run down and get sick again.

Rob, get electrolytes and drink plenty. Smart water has them added. Good to hear that you’re on the mend. But word of caution, don’t push yourself too hard as you don’t want to over exert your body & you get a cold or flu. It’s already snowing in parts of CO & WY. Last thing you need is to relapse out on the road. Good luck.
