Wow! Only one year? I seriously thought you had been driving a lot longer. Great job & great attitude you’ve had since I’ve been on here. May the thrill never go away & continued success.

It was a long long road for you with many tough decisions along the way. However, I had no doubt of your success. Congratulations. Wishing you many years of continued safe driving.

Awesome job man! Big congrats.

The biggest things I learned, are being patient, GOAL, and developing great relationship with my FM

Now that you've been out there long enough to learn about what's important, you can see how tough our mission is here at Trucking Truth trying to prepare people for this career. The things that really matter to your happiness and success aren't the things anyone would expect them to be.

Not only that, but the toughest aspects of this career really aren't about driving, it's about the lifestyle and the mental toughness you need to put in the long hours in tough conditions day in and day out for long periods of time.

Dispatcher, Fleet Manager, Driver Manager

The primary person a driver communicates with at his/her company. A dispatcher can play many roles, depending on the company's structure. Dispatchers may assign freight, file requests for home time, relay messages between the driver and management, inform customer service of any delays, change appointment times, and report information to the load planners.

Thank you everyone.

Big Scott, being able to give you a call during random times, is greatly appreciated. I enjoy our conversations.

My next goal, as previously mentioned, is 1million safe miles, 100,000 miles at a time, 1 mile at a time.
