Weirdly enough, he only got a citation for improperly secured load, nothing about being on a truck restricted road.

That was ballsy of him to blame the GPS. Plus, he only got the load securement citation cause they had to. The postal drivers get away with that & lots more regularly. I drove in NYC & saw it it happen regularly.
