Thanks G Town. Bruce, I'm going with CRST in Cedar Rapids in May. From my understanding there will be two weeks of school, then 4-6 weeks with a trainer, then after that, an assignment as a co-driver.

Steve, I don't think my life is much of an inspiration, but if I can help or inspire anyone that would be a nice thing. Thanks for kind words. Noob, thanks for taking time to read my post and give congrats. I like being around here where there are so many friendly and supportive people. In fact I think that Brett's idea to fire up this website for truckers, is something that should be done for other professions. This type of support would have been invaluable when I was an operating room technician. Anyway just pretend I just poured everyone in the room a virtual cup of coffee.
