Why doesn't She get her CDL. You guys could make some pretty serious money teaming. Or..........one of you could be brought up on homicide charges!
CDL:
Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
A CDL is required to drive any of the following vehicles:
- Any combination of vehicles with a gross combined weight rating (GCWR) of 26,001 or more pounds, providing the gross vehicle weight rating (GVWR) of the vehicle being towed is in excess of 10,000 pounds.
- Any single vehicle with a GVWR of 26,001 or more pounds, or any such vehicle towing another not in excess of 10,000 pounds.
- Any vehicle, regardless of size, designed to transport 16 or more persons, including the driver.
- Any vehicle required by federal regulations to be placarded while transporting hazardous materials.
Hope it's great for you guys, my wife and I have been talking about her riding with me some also when the opportunity arises.

Jamie, have you worked out which bunk she gets or will you get her a hotel room every night?
She'll get the bottom bunk where the cold air is, we slept in the truck last night both on the bottom bunk, wasn't terrible so we shall see. But if anything I'll be on the hot top bunk.

You may wish to research the aviation term "sterile ****pit". Those two words could buy you the time and clarity (with no additional distractions) in a "critical" situation. If discussed in advance it should not cause any issues...

Well I submitted the paperwork for my wife to ride along with me when I return back to work in a few days, pretty excited.
