We have another awesome new article by Kearsey:

Do Driver Retention And Turnover Rates Matter?

When choosing a company to work for, many drivers get lost in the weeds trying to use information that they really don't understand or information that simply doesn't matter. Rainy talks about driver retention and turnover rates, why they may vary wildly between companies, and whether you should use this as a factor in your decision-making process.

Another awesome article, as always! Read up!

When a violation by either a driver or company is confirmed, an out-of-service order removes either the driver or the vehicle from the roadway until the violation is corrected.

Excellent article! That's what I tell my family, friends and train my coworkers. Always have a plan, be prepared for anything. Especially in this day with all the craziness shooting and stabbing people where they gather. If you don't have a plan you will hesitate and hesitation can and probably will cost you your life! Stay alert out there!

I came here, popcorn in hand, to hear the job hoppers sing their songs of woe.

Ugh. Way to keep it classy guys. smile.gifsmile.gif Guess I'll head back to work.

We have a limit of 8 jobs in 5 years, and I get multiple earfuls, everyday, about how unfair that it.

Our starting pay chart rates are also based on the number of jobs in the last 5 years.
