Excellent article! That's what I tell my family, friends and train my coworkers. Always have a plan, be prepared for anything. Especially in this day with all the craziness shooting and stabbing people where they gather. If you don't have a plan you will hesitate and hesitation can and probably will cost you your life! Stay alert out there!

We have a limit of 8 jobs in 5 years, and I get multiple earfuls, everyday, about how unfair that it.
Our starting pay chart rates are also based on the number of jobs in the last 5 years.
