Yeah I agree. I'll say a prayer for ya Rob that you are able to get things going here. Hopefully they didn't jump the gun on ya.

Good news Rob, though I wouldn't say you're free from further delay just yet. My fingers are crossed for you.

March 25 update:

True to their word, I spoke with my Prime recruiter today who confirmed that I am still scheduled to begin orientation on April 6.

To say that I am both relieved and excited is an understatement. I had simply assumed that orientation and training would be postponed until at least after the stay at home orders were lifted. But because trucking is considered an essential industry, Prime will move forward with orientation and training new drivers.

My recruiter did ask me several questions that relate to possible contraction of or exposure to COVID 19. None for me as I have been at home continuously since March 14.

I will post the beginning of my training diary on Monday.

Marc Lee: I'm setting my sights on that 100,000 mile mark as motivation to succeed in training. As you drive down the road, you're gonna feel me breathing down your neck.

AWESOME NEWS ROB!

I blew a perfect setup for a high mileage day. Trainer both thrilled and ****ed!

Had to settle for a measly 529 miles today.

BRING IT ON!
