ps: Call them BARBELLS ... LoLoL ! (Lest more jostling! .. and not me, this time... !) ;)

double-quotes-end.png

Dumbbells are most likely what he has in a truck though.

Yeppers, they are.

Barbells ARE adjustable; my nephew is a power lifter. (I'd still call'em barbells, though!!) LoL!

Good one, Fox.

PS: UPON FURTHER RESEARCH!

Are barbells the ones that allow adjustment? My don't, they are just... metal :-) OK, here is a picture. What is a right word for it?

Those, in fact, ARE ... FREE WEIGHTS!

Free Weights!

See, Fox? Issues resolved, haha!

Endorsed by the nephew, and above link. BRUCE, grab ya some 'FREE WEIGHTS!' (Costly, or not, haha!)

~ Anne ~

ps: Dumbbells 'is' hypothetically and grammatically correct, however, old'ish (very!) . . Free Weights! Sounds the best; and still is correct! We get called 'enough' stuff out here, haha! Last time I rode w/ Tom (June? Pre R/C injury??) ... some guy asked me how much that 'DRIVER' paid me. Daycab. I climbed behind the wheel and pulled forward at the fuel island, while Tom was getting coffee & going potty. Yes, I was sitting on the stairstep, after cleaning windscreen. Tom walked out of the PFJ, no worse for wear. I told him, it needed MOVED. It did, & It was. Dude in the KW left. . . . (that's a DUM BELL.) ;)

All too often these days the dumbells are driving the trucks.

Friday I went in for a renewal exam. My last fed med was for only 3 months. This time I got a 1 year card.

That's fantastic news, Bruce!

Great job! 👍 I went and renewed mine last month, did drug tests last week, and a hazmat background check. Tomorrow morning I have my test at dmv for hazmat too. This may be hinting at something…🤔

HAZMAT:

Hazardous Materials

Explosive, flammable, poisonous or otherwise potentially dangerous cargo. Large amounts of especially hazardous cargo are required to be placarded under HAZMAT regulations

Dm:

Dispatcher, Fleet Manager, Driver Manager

The primary person a driver communicates with at his/her company. A dispatcher can play many roles, depending on the company's structure. Dispatchers may assign freight, file requests for home time, relay messages between the driver and management, inform customer service of any delays, change appointment times, and report information to the load planners.

DMV:

Department of Motor Vehicles, Bureau of Motor Vehicles

The state agency that handles everything related to your driver's licences, including testing, issuance, transfers, and revocation.

Thank you Bruce. I’m happy you persevered.

Great news Bruce!!!!

I walk a lot, usually at a brisk pace. I don’t overeat and maintain a healthy diet high in protein.

Thanks, G Town

Off topic, but I’m very happy to have you back on TT. You have contributed so much to my education. I appreciate your professionalism and technical knowledge.

Andrey, looking at that picture, I think you would have plenty of hair for a follicle test, maybe for multiple tests. Lol
