Just a story about offering drivers help. Early on i got into a difficult backing situation at a delivery. Plus it was after dark, and I hate backing after dark.

So another driver walked over to me while I was doing a GOAL and asked me if I could use some help. He said the reason he asked is that some drivers didn’t welcome offers of help and so he always asked that question to see if the driver wanted help.

I said I would appreciate the help and we got the trailer backed in safely thanks to him being another set of eyes. It turned out that this driver was the owner of a small company in Canada; about 12 trucks. Then he spent the better part of an hour giving me pointers about backing. I learned a lot from that experience. I get into infrequent situations where it looks like the driver could use a spotter. But what I learned is to ask the driver first if he even wants help. Some drivers just want to be left alone.

WE "judgemental" drivers are judging you based off your post. You don't want to be "judged", then don't act the fool. The roads don't need any more of them behind the wheel of a Semi-tractor.

Now if that was me who got a blindsided head smack, dude, wouldn't have been able to get into his car!! I'd a tore him a new 1....Why I was never bullied as a kid, I had a short fuse, and stood up for myself, no matter how big they were hahaha....Not to brag at all, but I never went looking for any fights growing up, but I never ran from one either. And none of them ever bothered me again !!

Some people react differently, sometimes, yeah they shouldn't have, they way they had, but hindsight.......

Take my mom, she was a tough ole broad lol.....She had a 1968 Olds Cutlass custom blue with cragar wheels. She went to grocery store this 1 day, took my lil sis who was eh 4? at the time....AS they are done and headed to the car, mom spots this mexican guy breaking into it.

So she's running to the car, dragging sis along who cant keep up so mom lets go of her hand.....Just as my mom gets to the car, she grabs the door handle, and the guy got it started and drove off, mom still holding onto the handle. She can't keep up, and let go, falling to the ground.

Knowing my mom, she prolly would'a beat his ass silly, if she got ahold of him (or gave it her best shot) So, Yeah not the wisest thing to do, not like she was gunna stop the car getting away lol.

Cops found her car, 3 days later ,after someone called about it parked on their street in Lynwood Calif......All that to just steal those rims n tires

You sure seem to have alot of trouble playing nice with others. Violence/threats of violence with co drivers, coworkers in the restaurant scene, and if I'm not mistaken a fight at a bar (could've swore it was you, in addition to Kerrys fake story)

Where did this supposedly happen? It would be beneficial for an overhead view.

Now I'm confused. Please use a map to show where he almost hit the building, and how he was trying to get out. Off this map getting in looks self explanatory and not too different than many retail stores I deliver to.

0570281001641066649.jpg if it were me I'd pull in as I outlined, hook a left after you make it down the aisle, then a right to get behind the store. After done unloading it looks like you can loop around the entire shopping center on the back side. If for whatever reason you can't then I'd come out the same way I went in or I'd go in front of all the stores in the shopping center. I guess I just don't understand where on the map this all occured. Also, going into a downtown area isn't ideal but local drivers do that multiple times a day.

#facts Plenty of times I would have killed for that much room.
