The craziness is done with unless you don’t want it to be. I mean my goodness man not even vaccinated people near your kids? So what the hell was the point of getting the vaccine? Clearly this virus isn’t going away so is that it? Hunker down till the end of time? If your not living your life back to normal after getting the vaccine when will you? Not too mention kids really aren’t getting any serious symptoms. And can also be vaccinated.

My daughter is already compromised as she has a medical condition affecting her lungs. This was before the covid stuff took place. She caught a common cold when she was only 6 months old and ended up in the hospital for almost a year. So we were already trying to keep her isolated until her immune system got stronger, then this lovely virus came to town. So yes, I really don't want to many people around her just yet if I can help it. Luckily none of us have gotten sick, but I'm not taking any unnecessary risks. Like I said the, feel free to live it up and have your freedoms or whatever, I'm just trying to protect my child the best I can.

I went home this week and my wife showed me a video of the common citizens bringing five gallon fuel cans filled with diesel to the truckers. The guy acting like he's king over there had all their fuel confiscated, but the peasants came in droves with more fuel to support the trucker's efforts. The video was impressive. There were thousands of people carrying fuel cans. I fully support them! I love seeing how the other folks in the country are backing them up and gaining confidence because of the bravery and sacrifice of the truckers.

Courage is contagious!

Read an article this morning about how local towing companies are declining requests to help move trucks blocking access in the blockades. They had a quote from a truck driver boasting that "They don't understand how air brakes work. Once that button is pulled the truck is not moving."

I'm thinking to myself. " Driver, you don't understand how caging a brake chamber works, and how much can be moved by a front end loader, especially when you don't care what you tear up on the truck."

Who’s going to cage the brakes if the tow truck operators are refusing to cooperate? I can’t imagine the police are going to do that. And can’t imagine they will find anybody who will volunteer to start tearing up trucks with bulldozers.

Oh I don’t know maybe whatever the Canadian version of the Ontario DOT highway maintenance department is. Pretty sure they would have the mechanics, equipment and operators necessary. In addition their primary job is keeping roadways clear. As far as damage these guys have had numerous chances to move their vehicles. If it came to this they would be facing fines, tow bills and impoundment fees. No one is going to worry about damaging their trucks.

DOT:

Department Of Transportation

A department of the federal executive branch responsible for the national highways and for railroad and airline safety. It also manages Amtrak, the national railroad system, and the Coast Guard.

State and Federal DOT Officers are responsible for commercial vehicle enforcement. "The truck police" you could call them.

Dm:

Dispatcher, Fleet Manager, Driver Manager

The primary person a driver communicates with at his/her company. A dispatcher can play many roles, depending on the company's structure. Dispatchers may assign freight, file requests for home time, relay messages between the driver and management, inform customer service of any delays, change appointment times, and report information to the load planners.

Yeah in the end I don’t think that’s how it’s going end. Not to mention they would be terrible optics for the country. D.O.T coming in ripping up trucks. It’s not gonna happen. It’s all a bluff.

I encourage each of you to go to rumble.com and search for Mark Levin's Epic Address to Truckers. I couldn't embed the video, but it's worth taking the time to find. He makes an impassioned speech that's worth hearing.

Edit from Brett Aquila: I embedded it for ya!

I absolutely agree Truckers are patriots. But it isn’t accurate to say all Democrats are bad. Many Democrats are hardworking people that get their nails dirty. Also many veterans, law enforcement and even truckers are patriots and democrats. Don’t be fooled about who main stream media truly is. I have said it before but Carlson, Hannity and Fox News dominate the ratings. It’s about money. The bigger the controversy the more they make us fight amongst ourselves and the more money they all make no matter what side they take. Whether you’re conservative, moderate or liberal don’t buy into the hate. Protest peacefully and keep the goods moving don’t be like BLM or antifa and block roads and trample on other’s Constitutional rights.

"Protest peacefully and keep the goods moving don’t be like BLM or antifa and block roads and trample on other’s Constitutional rights."

And for Goodness' sake, DON'T throw any tea in the water.

Unfortunately, NOT doing anything that would be construed as trampling on others' rights is how we've gotten into this predicament. I'm not advocating violence, but how much of a beat-down are the citizens supposed to take? Even here in The U.S.A. we're supposed to be a Representative Republic. But what to do when the representatives no longer represent the governed? Look at how the government protects itself, but allows rampant crimes against the citizens. E.g. protecting The Capitol vs. the Southern Boarder.

Blockading may not be the best answer. Heck, it may not even be the right answer. But, notice the dictates that are coming down? The governments (in Canada and U.S.A) are not even negotiating with opposing points of view, they're saying do it their way or suffer.

To all who say we can't win these battles I say; THANK GOD the Patriots of 1776 didn't give up so easily!

EPU:

Electric Auxiliary Power Units

Electric APUs have started gaining acceptance. These electric APUs use battery packs instead of the diesel engine on traditional APUs as a source of power. The APU's battery pack is charged when the truck is in motion. When the truck is idle, the stored energy in the battery pack is then used to power an air conditioner, heater, and other devices
