So i went back to freymiller last week. One of the drivers in class with me was planning on teaming with his wife after she got off her trainers truck. Well his drug did not come in when the rest of ours did. He admitted he took cbd for a tooth ache. Found out to he failed the oral drug test. This is going to be on his clearing house for a good while.

New upcoming drivers. Your opinion of cbds does not matter in the eyes of fmsca. If they say no dont do it

Dm:

Dispatcher, Fleet Manager, Driver Manager

The primary person a driver communicates with at his/her company. A dispatcher can play many roles, depending on the company's structure. Dispatchers may assign freight, file requests for home time, relay messages between the driver and management, inform customer service of any delays, change appointment times, and report information to the load planners.

Isn't that common knowledge? Why would somebody take CBD knowing they're going to undergo a drug test? Accountability.

Anybody that ignorant or just plain stupid has no place behind the wheel. New driver, experienced driver or anything between: Drugs and driving never go together. Ever.

As an Add On, I see CDB oil actually sold in some truck stops! Boggles my mind to buy something (probably shipped in from China) that may be advertised as having "0% THC". People are going to trust advertising and risk their careers over some gimmick? If the physical problems are at a severe level, seek medical attention.

All. The. Dang. Time. I've had Tom text photos; as I had a hard time believing that this could be a 'thing?'

SMDFH. Why doesn't somebody 'rally' the FMCSA about THIS?!?!?!? Usually in oils, and gummies... per the photos.. i've gotten.

No gummies (of any kinds) here... and coconut oil has many uses. All we need.

Why involve the FMCSA, CVSA, or any other government entity? It's the free market system and freedom of choice. These same truck stops started selling alcohol in the early 90s, which is something else that blows my mind.

At the Welcome Center into either Vermont or New Hampshire, there is a kiosk inside that sells wine. Just what any traveler needs behind the wheel.

Agreed, 100,000 % ... but SADLY, some 'gummies' (even touted at TRUCK STOPS) ARE CBD and not THC. Or.. visa versa?

The gov't monkeys with everything else; they should DELINEATE. Haribo!! The frickin' Wall Street Suits are touting them!!!

~ Anne & Tom ~

What to Do? What to Do?

Nobody, on and in and around our premises..has EVER.....yet now it seems they can infiltrate via CBD? ! IDK peeps. IDK. No gummies, at all, ever. Sadly, those 'suits' with that cute commercial (Haribo?!?) may beg to differ; maybe they'll stop by ?!?!?

So no Tylenol and driving? Or just no intoxicating drugs? CBD with no THC has no intoxication at all so aside from contamination, which is entirely possible, it would be no different than Tylenol (which actually functions via the endocannabinoid system that CBD and THC use)
