Been picking him and some of the other dummies all week. Middle of freaking no where Iowa on 2 lane roads and I'm hearing mud duck from the desert. Suddenly the drivers blasting their music or telling us they ain't wearin any panties don't seem so bad. Atleast with them your often out of range within a couple minutes. With these jack wagons you're stuck listening to em all day unless you turn off your radio.

Yes, his handle is Hard Drive. He is always bragging about how good of a cb tuner he is, and always demeaning other tuners. He has a YouTube channel doing the same. He has a CB shop in New Mexico called Fine Tune. The only way to contact him for business is to dm through Facebook. He never gives his phone number out, only communicates through Facebook. Many of the dx’ers on 19 don’t have nice words to say to him.

Dm:

Dispatcher, Fleet Manager, Driver Manager

The primary person a driver communicates with at his/her company. A dispatcher can play many roles, depending on the company's structure. Dispatchers may assign freight, file requests for home time, relay messages between the driver and management, inform customer service of any delays, change appointment times, and report information to the load planners.

His name is Mark Sherman aka HardDrive 163 from Lordsburg, NM about 4300' above see level. He runs a "peaked and tuned" radio on a 4,000 watt amplifier connected to a big shockwave antenna. He enjoys skipping channel 19 and locking it down for his amusement. He runs the Fine Tune CB Shop and he might sell you a "tuned radio" for $700 over list. Not worth it, if you can even get it from him. All of the videos he has posted about his ability to tune a radio are staged. The guy is a big ol' blowhard. Complete egotistical narcissist personality. Anyone who challenges or questions him on facebook is banned/blocked. Then he proceeds to ridicule and insult any challengers. Just listen to his broadcasts.. Just report the guy to the FCC and when they finally get enough complaints they might take him off the air.

If you look at the websites for the brands of radios that he sells, they have no authorized dealers in his area. Really fishy.

Not a big deal. It's called drop ship. Many people that sell items on their websites/ebay do that very thing after setting up a business contract with the company that has the product.

I have been hearing him up in OH and PA. I thought he was somewhat local to that area. I came really close to telling him to shut up a couple of times, and checked myself because I know that it wouldn't do any good.

Mark Sherman, aka Mud Duck in the Desert, aka Fine-Tune CB, aka "I'm the best everyone else sucks". He is the single most irritating nuisance on CB radio of our time. There is a petition with nearly 15000 signatures to ask the FCC to shut him down. You can view and sign it here: https://www.change.org/p/make-fcc-shut-down-mud-duck-radio

He was off the air for a few months back earlier in the year. Apparently he locked down channel 9 with his dribble and the feds when after him hitting him with a fine and seized his equipment. The problem with permanently shutting him down is that it has to go thru the local courts and they don't want to deal with it a second time. So as long as he stays off channel 9 the government won't do anything about it. The FDC has thousands of complaints on the guy and they don't have the balls to go after him for good.
