In the Permian Basin, for the past two days during the DOT blitz we have had a major slowdown in sand and CNG deliveries. On a normal day we might have <30 minutes of non-pumping time (NPT) for frac operations. We’ve had over 6 hours/day the past two days waiting on these deliveries. I don’t know what they’ve been dinging drivers/trucks for, but it’s had an impact.

DOT:

Department Of Transportation

A department of the federal executive branch responsible for the national highways and for railroad and airline safety. It also manages Amtrak, the national railroad system, and the Coast Guard.

State and Federal DOT Officers are responsible for commercial vehicle enforcement. "The truck police" you could call them.

To the TDS patient, Trump was elected in Nov 2016, but obviously his term start in Jan of 2017. The memo was put out in Oct of 2016 by the Osama er I mean Obummer regime.
